3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Parspack (full legal name and address of the hosting provider: to be completed shortly).
When you visit our site, the provider’s server automatically records the data your browser transmits:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Requested page or file name
- Referrer URL
- Browser type and version, operating system
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the technically secure and stable provision of our website.
The data is deleted after 30 days.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with our hosting provider. Where our hosting provider stores or processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is safeguarded in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. If you contact us via our contact form, by e-mail or by telephone, we process the data you provide — name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry — solely for the purpose of handling your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We retain this data until your request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. Commercial and tax retention periods of 6 or 10 years under Section 257 HGB and Section 147 AO remain unaffected.
7. WhatsApp
Our website links to WhatsApp (provider: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). Clicking the link opens WhatsApp; from that point onwards your data is processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea

8. Google Maps
We use Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to display our location.
Google Maps is only loaded after you have given your consent. When it is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google and may be transferred to servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection under Art. 45 GDPR.

9. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to third-party servers is established and no data is transmitted to third parties when fonts are loaded.
10. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we process your e-mail address and name in order to send it. Subscription uses the double opt-in procedure: after registering you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and the newsletter is only sent once you have confirmed. We log your registration in order to demonstrate the process.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter. Your data is deleted upon unsubscription.
